Did anyone else’s milk take it’s sweet time coming in? I’m 9 days postpartum, and I finally woke up today with my boobs actually leaking. I’ve been mainly feeding little man formula because I thought they werent doing much of anything, but I try to get him latched or hand pump a few times a day (no where near as much as I really should, which I know doesnt help the milk production, of course, buuut you know. I just want to make sure he’s for sure eating something!). I just always hear of women getting engorged and leaking by like 3-5 days PP, and mine are still just barely leaking at 9. 🤷🏻♀️

My first it took over a week, I can’t remember exactly how long. Seemed to come sooner with each kid after. If you want to increase your supply have baby latch and feed for several minutes before offering a bottle.

That’s good to know someone else’s took a while to come in! I keep thinking my boobs are just broken or something. 😂 And thanks! I’ll keep trying to get him to latch before giving him a bottle. We’ve just been struggling with latching. His mouth is so tiny compared to my nipples, so it’s hard getting it right.
