Hi ladies, when did all your little ones start laughing? Both my boys were 6 months or less but isla is 9 months now and still hasnt laughed properly
She does smile and she does babble a little but i just want to hear her giggle 🥺 should i be worried?

She's a bit behind in a lot of physical development, she's still not rolling or learning to crawl, but that's because she's always in the hospital, 
She had her ears tested when she was born and they were both fine, she can hear us, she knows her name and she looks around the room for noises, it's just laughing she doesn't doxx

Is it just laughing she isn't doing? Does everything else seem OK development wise? 
Also have you had her ears tested? Can also be a reason.

Multiple factors here to consider but if she's developing normally in other ways I wouldnt be worried xx

Not yet no, haven't seen my HV for a while, in the process of having a new one so there's no professional I can talk to about it, the GP won't give an appointment for just that
