Субхориальная гематома на ранних сроках беременности: у кого было и что делать? Опыт и советы!

Good afternoon ladies ,
So I had an ultrasound today and here are the findings I’m still very early but the pregnancy is where it should be in my uterus which is good but it says there’s TINY subchorionic hematoma/implantation bleed measuring 0.3x0.2x0.1cm so very tiny , and he said a lot of pregnant woman have this in the beginning of there pregnancy and also delivery healthy full term babies with it but he wants me to follow up with my doctor I’m just nervous now because I don’t know what this is and he said if it was larger I guess it can cause miscarriage it’s very tiny tho has anyone experienced this ???
