Получил повышение! Начало работы, новые обязанности и странное поведение начальника

The raise and promotion has finally landed! I start staff trainings and other new duties next month. It didn’t come from my boss though, it came from his boss which is interesting. I don’t think my direct boss likes me that much because I probably advocate for my self respect too much or something other BS. I haven’t seen him in months and he barely talks to me. Who cares, I stay job hunting and I’ll take this talent somewhere else eventually.
