Что со мной происходит? Неожиданные симптомы перед месячными: частое мочеиспускание, тошнота, запор и усталость. Что делать?

My period isn’t supposed to start until the 5th but these past 3 days I’ve had frequent urination & queasy-mess as well as constipation . I have also experienced fatigue & stuffy nose . Just left the er all test are negative .. doctor said to take another test in a week & gave me nausea meds .
