I may live in NY but spent my childhood in Alaska so for dinner tonight a huge favorite alakan dish of mine, Halibut Weaver! 😋 Those who say cheese and fish don't go together have never tried this! So cheesy and dilly! Tastes like home!

@love_linds You lay halibut (or cod if you don't want to pay the price of halibut)
Then mix mayo, cheddar, Monterey jack, dill, and dry mustard and spread that on the fish and bake at 350 for about 30 mins or until brown and bubbly (I usually do around 45 mins) @ksmommyx3 @evildrporkchop.
