Схожу в больницу из-за болей в животе и мазни: что показало УЗИ? Ждать ли беременность?

So I did end up going to the hospital because of bad cramp pain and have some spotting still. The doctor took my Urine and blood sample but all negative for pregnancy but the ultrasound showed a sac on my endometrial stripe with liquid and so they’re not sure it’s an early pregnancy gestational sac or what so I’m gonna schedule an appointment for this coming Thursday to see my ob gyn. Hopefully my positive home pregnancy tests from Wednesday were true

on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting…

on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
