Почему люди не хотят работать? Проблемы с WiFi и техподдержкой Comcast: как это достало!
It’s sad how so many people don’t want to work now. The energy in so many people scream it down to their customer service. If I was as rude as what I encounter out here, I wouldn’t have a job!
I can’t get my litter robot to connect to the WiFi, and now my phone says it’s connected but it’s really not. Comcast is here but this tech is a total douche bag. Trying to tell me it’s my VPN. Ummm no, my dad has the same equipment and I connect everywhere else just fine. When I called your company, they say they detected issues in my modem. Stop being lazy and stingy with your faulty equipment and just replace it like they said to on your order. I can tell you’re a new tech too, you can tell I know you’re new cause I’m calling you out, ummm yeah this is NOT fun

How do you 100% know it’s in his order and you weren’t just told that it was lol.

I use comcast for many yrs even if their techs are new they usually come with back up equipment. Do you not remember being new at a job ? They can always re test thing’s while at your place or check your lines to your home something might be blocking it to fully connect .

I’m well aware of what Comcast techs can and can’t do because Zays dad worked in that industry as a tech and trained for 16 years. By the time I call them I’ve done everything they would tell me to do for troubleshooting. If someone is coming here, it’s definitely an actual problem. I was as nice as pie and said “I did everything for troubleshooting just myself and with Comcast customer service, they said the modem is showing as faulty on their end, so I just need a modem swap” He was a douche bag and told me “I doubt it, bet it’s your vpn”
He was just a rude douche bag, period. Even if you’re still new and learning, that’s not a reason to be a douchebag

Some people have no business dealing with humans, they need to go make the same money in manufacturing or something.
