I've never seen them and I'm from Amish country in Ohio. I wonder if they are more popular in some communities than others. They look really good though. I can't say as I have been to a lot of Amish funerals, but they would show up on a menu I would think?

We call them funeral sandwiches. My husband boss is Mennonite. His family calls them party sandwiches
