@jennatess it's really humbling to visit the little graves of the women who were victims of the witch trials, and you walk a few blocks and there's the ocean they stood at the edge of...it's a beautiful little New England town. We went in October one year and spent the day walking around, going into little shops.

My daughter just this morning was like “can you bring me back a witches hat and two magic (healing) stones. One for bravery and one to bring so much fun.” 🥹

oh my goodness, what a sweetheart! You will find lots of shops that have those. <3 They are the real deal in Salem.

we went in early October on weekdays and there were very few people there. I think the closer you get to Halloween, the busier it gets. I love New England in early October, clear blue skies, a little nip in the air, beautiful fall foliage....
