Беременность и кровянистые выделения: что делать, если тест положительный, но есть кровь? Нужен совет!

Any can help an give me some advice i would really appreciate it.... im very stress and worried an just dont know at this moment i cant think right... well i just took a test an it came bk postive . For 3 days now i been off an on with light spotting at first it was light brown then it came to be light pink an bright red an i just took a test an it came bk postive... my stomach isnt hurting at all tht whats getting me plus its very hard this is my 2nd pregnancy an it totally dam different from when i was pregnant with my daughter... yall please help me out #myfirstpost
