Что случилось с моими пальцами? Никогда больше не буду бегать по дому! Отвалились ногти и перелом?

I promise that I’ll never ever run in my house again. I hear my middle babe screaming I run out of my bathroom and I stub my foot on the door jam, I have done this plenty of times but this one literally made me drop to the ground. I crawled to see what was going on and I look down 3 toenails are completely ripped off and 1 hanging on. I’m sure I broke at least 3 toes. But note to self don’t run in the house again
