12 недель, нет сердцебиения на доплере, но врач видел малыша на УЗИ - стоит ли переживать?

Hey!! So excited for baby #3 coming in February! I am 12 weeks and 2 days. I had an appointment today and the doctor couldn’t find the heart beat with the dipole but then brought in a portable ultrasound and said he saw the baby moving and everything was fine. But I didn’t get to hear the heartbeat and just really worried… with my first two they found the heartbeat at 12 weeks. Should I be concerned or trust the word of my doc? Thanks I just need to ease my mind…
