Thinking of dressing my daughter in uniform even though she doesn’t have to wear uniforms to school and on Fridays she can wear what she want to school… just thinking

I don’t think it’s a good idea. She will likely be targeted. I get that it’s easier but I don’t think it would benefit her in any way positively

I wouldn’t do this. I feel like if uniforms aren’t mandatory (which I think every school should) clothing is a way for kids to express themselves. She will have to explain to her friends why she wears a uniform every day and it might get really frustrating for her. Old Navy has really affordable clothes that hold together really well through all the stains and washes that come with kids.

@lizibear84, I was going to say the same thing maybe if she wears like uniform pants dresses and uniform shirts different colors
