Bruh there should be no reason why it should take me all day to get in contact with a medical office. Trying to figure out if they accept my insurance, accept new patients and making an appointment
@stephtacos, bummer. I would expect a call back within 24-48 hours. Or maybe try a couple different places if you don’t hear anything by then.
Call your insurance or go on your insurance’s website to get a list of in network providers.
I did and their website sucks. Most of the offices don’t even accept the insurance
I did and I remember websites will tell you what insurance they accepted but now nothing
I’d give it 24 hours for a non-urgent need and if I didn’t hear back within that time then I’d go somewhere else. They’re probably prioritizing based on need and lots of places are short staffed right now.
Go somewhere else. Obviously not a good sign, imagine trying to get a medical question or future appt. 🤷♀️
I have an app through my insurance provider that will give that info, maybe yours offers something similar?
