I know a few people who have them and they pay 1 pg&e bill per year and it’s less than $600. I pay $300/month to the damn pg&e lol if I ever buy a house I’m totally investing. It definitely pays for itself with the rebate and maybe 3 years.
so my husband just showed me where on the I can apply for ac replacement through our Edison, also and I'll definitely be filling that out tomorrow amongst other thing's because our whole system will need to be replaced and it will be roughly 8000.. insane

It’s actually better for it to run non stop. It turning off and on is hard on the unit itself. Just like a car’s engine.
