What's on the agenda? Gym start at new gym
Top of the morning lovelies what’s on the agenda?? If your kids are on break how’s it going?? Last night we took a huge leap and started dayz at a new gym. And Toto we’re not in Kansas anymore! After the shock of the 1 1/2 drive one way this massive size of the gym makes up for it! If you are the good vibes type send them this way for my sweet bebe! She’s about to go from 3 days a week to four and increase her workout time. But hey when you see me in the stands at the olympics I’ll shout out to the MomApp 😉

We started watching Mandy Morrison on YouTube. She incorporates yoga with strength training and I’m telling you if you want a good at home workout that is your go to girl she brings the heat
@icebergahead, but we would clearly need to decide on a body size massive legs and little girl arms would be wonky even if they are strong 😂
