Neglected goat: anemic Rosemary in danger

I'm so pissed right now. I send my goat up the road to my husband's aunt's farm for the cold months and she feeds her and breeds her and then she has the rights to sell the babies and that's payment for housing her. Anyway it took me 45 mins to walk her from the barn to my house (should have taken 5-10 mins) because she was so weak she couldnt take more than a few steps at a time before collapsing. I finally get her home and had to trim her hooves because they were so overgrown and in bad shape and she wasn't eating so I check her mouth and her gums are WHITE. Normally a healthy dark pink. She is SO anemic that she's literally a few days away from death. His aunt insists that shes healthy just sad about leaving her babies. Ma'am no. A regular anemic goat would have light pink gums but this poor girl has WHITE WHITE and her tongue and around her eyes are super pale. She keeps her barn locked and so i wasnt able to go visit her and check on her otherwise i could have caught it before it became a major emergency. I gave her dewormer, vitamin b12, a mineral salt block with iron and copper, and some animal crackers (sugar and carbs to try to increase energy). Her other goats all have terrible hooves and they had a dead cow rotting in their barn for a month and yesterday in the pasture there were vultures picking apart a dead calf. I'm just so angry at the neglect. I told a friend of mine who is a cop and he said he will look into it.

Y'all I really hope it's not to late for my Rosemary 😔 this could have been so easily prevented and is really easy to catch early but it was caught very very late. Sorry for the rant. His aunt has never neglected the animals like this before. I know they want to sell the farm but that doesn't mean you get lazy and do the bare minimum (literally feeds the animals then leaves).
