So I need help, I’ve taken a pregnancy test and they came out negative. What should i do?

Other things can cause our body's to miss a period even if not pregnant. If no period in a few days I would test again and if negative call your doctor.

There’s not much to do other than keep taking tests each day and/or wait for your period to show up.

I’ve been doing that. Testing almost every other day to see.
I also just got off birth control in February.

@reginaoro, How have your cycles been since coming off bc? It took me a while to regulate when I came off.

@ekko, my cycle has been like kinda a roller coaster, until this month. I haven’t started my period just yet

Your cycles will need time to regulate after birth control. You’re probably not truly late, you just ovulated later than normal. Track your cycles for 6 months to get an idea of what a “regular” cycle is for you.
