I can’t even tell you what the last 2 days have been like.

My dad…who is 84. Had a hip replacement on Tuesday and my step mom. Bless her sweet heart 😒 thought she could do his recovery without help.

IT TOOK 3 OF US TO GET HIM ON THE BED LAST NIGHT. Then he decided he’d just take a little stroll to the bathroom ALONE at midnight and fell getting off the toilet. Cut his arm and fell on his hip 🤬 so he’s getting an X-ray right now. I’m just here hanging out in their posh pad doing absolutely nothing. I wish their hot tub was clean 😆😂.

Anywho. My sister and I said enough is enough and we made them hire in home help. Honestly my stepmom was ready to ship him off to a rehab facility. But my parents have the means to hire in home health care and my dad would hate a facility. It would break his spirit. Honestly my stepmom didn’t even know in home care was something they could do.

So anywho. PT has been here right before they left for the X-ray. The nice PT guy got him into the car. Which was awesome 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. The night nurse comes at 9pm so that’s when I can go home 😭. I’m sure my stepmom will be plastered by then 😆😂😆😂
