Вопрос про маску в мебельном магазине: хамство и личный выбор. Почему я продолжаю носить маску?
I was in a furniture store. Someone actually had the audacity to ask me in an extremely rude tone “are you under that mask? You don’t have to wear one any more”. I said “it’s called personal choice just like it’s your personal choice not to wear a mask and spread whatever potential germs you have. It’s just like you wearing that confederate flag pin on your shirt that is a symbol of racism and hatred in our country is your personal choice. It just tells me you’re an ignorant racist prick who needs to mind their business”
That old man shut up and used his walker to go the other way.
I’m still wearing my mask if I want to, period.

Us too. People are not very bright. The new recommendations take heavily into account that there's room in the hospital for you, that's not reassuring to me. 1500+ people still die EVERY DAY in the US from covid. I will keep the mask for a while, thanks. I was actually running the tracker from a month ago and the new tracker on the CDC website, and the old one still said substantial spread and to mask indoors with the current covid numbers here. Masks don't bother us a bit.

oh ew to him!! It's crazy like why does it matter?? So crazy people think they can have an opinion on something like someone wearing a mask 🙄🙄 like can you go shop for your couch sir?? There's bigger thing's happening in the world.

Same. We’re the only ones wearing em here in AZ. We see nobody wearing them, including when we pickup from restaurants
