@sourpatchkid, Portion sizes are my downfall as well. But I’ve really cut back since I bought a kitchen scale and started weighing most of my portions out. It’s the only thing that’s helped me. 🙈
I'm with you, sister. I hopped on the scale a week agonand saw a number I never thought I would see again. Down 3.5 in the last week and knuckling down. I understand how you feel and am right there with you. Making a low carb casserole for dinner with a side of potatoes for kiddo so her meal is balanced.
we had a serious set back a couple weeks ago and they had a psychotic break from Strattera so they were back in inpatient for awhile. They are home now and doing an intensive outpatient program.

it has beet and lemon hummus. The turkey is from Costco. It’s the herb roasted Turkey I think it’s called? The label on the package is green 😆
