My husband and his family are Indian and he says I hit the curry harder than his mom, lol. He lives my cooking but sometimes says that we could use some American in the house. He'll make comments that I find hilarious but wouldn't be appreciated on here and I have to change up my cooking from time to time.

I just flat out love indian food...mexican too!! Its probably because we only ate American growing up

Same!!!! It was funny because I spoke with a new acquaintance yesterday who has never met my husband and she was explaining to me what Indian food was. Lol. I had a good chuckle when I told her that I also eat/cook Indian. I love any food with flavor and spice combined. But spice without flavor is worse that flavorless. Even my American dishes are full of robust flavor and seasoning. 🥰
