It does suck!! I hope you feel better. I suffer with both to but I am not on anything but definitely am going to once I have baby especially for anxiety it’s so bad I can’t remember a day I haven’t had anxiety and heart racing 😢

I had to be put on Prozac when I was pregnant! Talk to your doctor!😔🥲
