basically a little boy in my area went missing. His father is the main person of interest. His story doesn’t match the evidence they collected. He failed a lie detector test. He originally waved his rights but once he failed his test he requested legal counsel which the LD denied him of. The info of him being denied a lawyer was just brought to light over the weekend when the CP reviewed video of the questioning. He was charged with 7 counts of felony child neglect but those charges were made before he asked for a lawyer. He was denied bond and is in jail, he has appealed that and has another bond hearing. The judges all 3 who can hear the case are all backing out.
from what i’m gathering is they will have to bring in a judge prob from out of the area to hear this case. It’s been a mess. They still haven’t recovered the child’s body.

And why now? Wouldn’t they have done this in the last court hearing when he requested bond ?
