Making a nail appointment for tomorrow (hopefully)... which design y'all like?? 🤔 I've never had "3D" designs done

So hubby say he has a real Valentine's Day surprise (good lord this man is full of surprises lol) so I'm at the nail salon getting my monthly pedi and nails done for the event and I was wondering if it's safe to drink white wine? I haven't had wine before and I heard that red wine was bad for you during pregnancy. What y'all think? Oh here a picture of my nail design I picked out :)
