I've never expressed before hand and have successfully fed both my little ones. I was also told it can induce labor before 36 (you'll have to double check) weeks. You're best off speaking with a midwife about it x

I wouldn’t express before she’s here however if your finding that your leaking then maybe ask your midwife if you can have some syringes to catch what is leaking you can freeze them and then when little miss is born you can use them xx

If your still unsure as your midwife on what to do xx

Your actual milk doesn't come in until 2-3 days after you give birth. The baby will have colostrum first.
