anyone have an in home therapist come to the house? I think I’m going to stop the home visits since this variant is getting out of hand. Just curious what others are doing? I’m thinking we will go virtual until things slow down.

I've only done virtual. It's so easy. I won't be having any visitors outside of my in-laws and parents at my house between now and when the baby is born. I'm not trying to be in my third trimester battling covid

We have not had visitors over since 2020.
I should say December of 2019.
Only repair guys when we needed work done. We had them wear booties/shoes off and masks before entering.
Virtual might be next.

I’ve done in home ABA since before the pandemic began. Our RBT only has one other kiddo, was tested weekly until fully vaccinated and it’s worked out well.

our in home therapist has been with us now for almost 4 years. when the pandemic started I requested virtual. I had her come back when things seemed to die down. She goes into several homes and they still go into the office so I’m nervous about us catching something. It sucks because my son does so much better with her in person.

@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts, after reading that, I think I would want to go virtual too. Zays therapist was like “I only see my family and my animals and these two kids”. That seems like a lot of potential exposure

thanks y’all. She just started to come in person again around the time my mom passed away, it was virtual before that. I do my therapy virtual as well. Looks like online it will be for us.
