ladies need advice not sure if i have slow leaking water or not i went for a pee earlier and after i wiped my pants had a wee wet patch no smell or that

went for a sweep yesterdsy to be told that baby is still to high up snd his head was just getting engaged but not fully done yet so couldnt be done

woke up this morning with cramp but havent had anything since except a few niggles also took a few shooting pains down below

any help would be much appreciate
