Im such a worry wart. Does this look strange to you? Thinking i may have to call her ped. She had HORRIBLE diarrhea yesterday and became quite dehydrated very quickly and i managed to get her back up a little but now this showed up. Its raised and i would think drool but i dont notice her drooling very much unless its in her sleep.

My daughter used to get rashes when she had viruses they would usually clear up on their own. I would definitely still mention it to her pediatrician though do they have an after hours number

Same. My oldest got viral rashes a lot. Sometimes even like a week or so after the virus.
