Y'all im gonna lose my mind. I take my birth control pills religiously at the same time everyday, switched from the nuvaring to the pill about a month ago and i started the pill on the first day of my period so i knew i was protected right away but also waited to have sex until my period was over because it was wildly heavy. anyway, the past 2 days id wipe and see pink but only once per day. Now my anxiety is through the friggin roof that im pregnant and i have this horrible gut feeling and im panicking. My husband would be SO mad. I cant test for a few more days but im lowkey nervous guys. I hope the spotting was just the hormones from the pill or something crazy. I cant do 5 kids. I was responsible enough to go on birth control to avoid another pregnancy while waiting for my husband to get a vasectomy but idk.... with the extreme fatigue, headaches, cramps, and light spotting its got me worried....

In your last post you were 12 days out from your period. It could just be ovulation related or your body adjusting to the slowing down of breastfeeding and the change over from the ring to the pill.

I would definitely use a back up method until your body adjusts to the hormones. I think my OB said to use a condom for a few cycles. When is his vasectomy?

That's what I'm hoping. I know I'm crazy and most likely worried for nothing. I have horrible anxiety and being on birth control and having some ppd it makes me go into an anxiety puddle and I feel I'm going to drown in it

Might be breakthrough bleeding. I always spotted on the pill.

Could be your body adjusting to the pill. I had strange bleeding for a few months when switching pills. I would also suggest using a backup method for 2-3 months.

I think you are supposed to use extra protection for 30 days when switching birth controls, unless they are the exact same hormones and dose?
Sometimes sex can cause really light pink spotting.

he called in September and soonest they could get him in for a consult was in december and they have his procedure scheduled in May 😭 they said they may get him in sooner but we will see. Then it will be August until his follow up

thats what I thought too but he wont call around and in sure with covid it pushes things out.
