I’ve had this clogged sinus bump since I had covid. I’ve done every acute treatment in the book since this started in August. In the last 3 days it’s gotten worse. It hurts to wear glasses and everything. Why do I have to have a PCR covid test and be isolated until I get the results tonight?!?
It’s called social responsibility. While we highly doubt it’s good ol Rona, the same symptoms are present with both chronic sinus infection and covid, it’s being done as a precaution. Boo, but better safe than sorry with omicron circulating…

Then there's my MIL who has a nursing background, and she decides to get all wishy washy about the booster and doesn't get it. Then she mysteriously loses her sense of smell and taste. Keeps going to church. Hands out Halloween candy. Drops a card off for my daughter. Goes to work. Doesn't get tested because it might cramp her lifestyle and doesn't mention it to anyone until weeks later. So when people want to say I kNoW ThIs NuRsE WhO WoN't GeT ThE VaX, I'm pretty unimpressed. Ratchet was a nurse too. So my dumbass MIL got breakthrough and probably handed it off to plenty of other people. So lovely.
