It's doomed. 😂 I haven't decorated mine yet because the cat won't stay out of it.

Mine always prefers the tree skirt to the tree itself. So I put a small red fluffy blanket under for him

Try to not put the ornaments too low where they dangle and tempt him to knock them off.

I can't even put ornaments on mine until last minute with my wild kids lol I'm not even attempting to put my tree up until after we get back from our Thanksgiving trip.

I know when my husband is home they wouldn't dare touch it but all day I'm home here with them and they don't really mind me when it comes to stuff like that 😩 I wish!!

Yeah, that tree’s doomed. 😂 I have a 3 foot tree that I put up on a high shelf, and my cats still jump up there and knock it over. 🤦♀️ Make sure you dont use glass ornaments, or you’ll have extra fun cleaning those up!
