how high is the vit d dose? I'm not saying vit d is the problem, lol, cuz I know I keep talking about it, it just interests me. I take one that's 2000 iu per softgel, but I take them every other day because it's a really high dose and I take a multi with vit d, so that's extra. What I'm trying to say about the vit d is that, no doctor should tell you "your levels will never be normal," that will only happen if you have something underlying that's keeping it low, and then you'd have to fix whatever is keeping it low. Ask you doctor all the questions, don't leave the appointment without trying to understand what is happening. They should be able to recommend any specialists that would cater to your complaints better
Has your doctor possibly tested you for lyme disease? Just because you never saw the tick or the bullseye doesnt matter. Friend of mine daughter had that issue and her ped tested her and it was positive and they never saw a tick or anything.
Or have you started any steroid medication? I felt like my entire body was bruised especially my skin. Putting on and taking off my bra was excruciating my skin hurt and it was my entire body that felt it.
I ache all the time. Aside from low b-12 and d, which respond well to regular vitamins, I’m fine. I’ve been like this my whole life, just extra achey. Wouldn’t be surprised if an autoimmune disorder is in my future, my dad has PSA and my sister lupus. I have endometriosis, which could explain some of it. But I’ve had chronic pain since I was a young teen.
@kesh-kesh, have you ruled out fibromyalgia? My best friend has it and she’s been better knowing her diagnosis. She’s still in pain every day, but at least she has resources and a community that knows what she’s going through and can provide that mental support.

I’m not sure of your reasoning? Do you have a fever?

No. No sickness. I was told years ago it was me getting older. It just sucks and it’s annoying.

No, but if I did, I would get checked out by a doctor. That doesn't sound normal

both. I take a multivitamin everyday and once a year I’ll get the vitamin d pills.

a doctor told me he thought I had it but he was a under another doctor and that other doctor said no I didn’t.

second opinions from experts are usually better than primary or general care doctors, if it’s something you’d like to consider.
