Well, the day is over and I had an extra hour to my birthdy today. Only present I got, but I'm so happy time rolled back. This is my favorite time of year. Dh is under the weather so it was a lazy, but normal Sunday. I made breakfast this morning and we watched a few Christmas movies. I even took a nap. Good bye 38, hello 39. Wow, where has the time gone?

Thank you ladies! I truly appreciate it! I received a call from an older man I know late last night. He is on a different time zone, and we hadn't spoken for some months. He also didn't know it was a bday. When I told him he was so enthused that the Lord lead him to call me at that moment. I caught him up to speed on what we have been doing and he said he was "proud" of me. Made my heart flitter and my eyes tear up. Something about an elder telling you they are proud of you that makes the throat thick. I also received a call from my best gf from childhood who is Amish. Understandably, we only speak a few times a year. For one she is Amish, and for two she is profoundly hard of hearing. New hearing aids are allowing her to call and I can hear her even if she can't hear me. She is a blessing. And so are your kind words here. Have a blessed day!!!
