Maybe talk to his pediatrician and get him into therapy. Maybe him having someone to talk to will help with his behavior

I agree with ☝🏽It sounds like he needs a counselor or mentor ASAP otherwise those indoor outbursts are going to catch up with him later in life ☹️ kicking and spitting…..psshhht, you do that to the wrong stranger and it’s assault!
