@evildrporkchop., yes, we tried cereal in the bottle it didn’t work for us it just upset his stomach 🤦🏻♀️. Yeah he was on Zantac 3x a day until 1 year I was able to wean him off. Once they start eating solids that helps as well. I didn’t get any sleep, mostly he would end up falling asleep with me cause it was the only way we both would get any.
Is he breastfed or formula fed? If formula there is some kinds that can help more then others, also with breast feeding he could be sensitive to dairy. I don’t know if they told you already but holding him upright for 30 minutes after a feed helps also and if he is in a crib elevating the head of his crib a bit also.
@michellemybell09, they gave us Pepcid and he only gets it once a day. He’s on formula, alimentum. We’ve been propping him up and lots of burping. It seems worse at night
if it doesn’t work I would suggest Prilosec. That was when we finally saw some change with my daughter but I don’t think pediatricians typically prescribe it. Enfmil AR made a big difference for us too. Cereal in bottle didn’t work in our case. Also I put a pair of boots with a little heel under two of the legs of my daughter’s crib so that it was slightly elevated. Definitely keep him upright for 30 minutes after eating. Best wishes. It sucks.

Sorry. My oldest cried so much her first year. Reflux is horrible. What meds were you given? Does baby drink formula?
