I am so sorry, I lost my dad suddenly at 14 and it was soooo hard. I still cry about it.

My niece lost her dad and has come to the terms that she can trust no adults (He was her guy) 😢 I hope your child is open enough to talk through his grief. My niece has since chopped her own hair and removed herself from our family as much as she could. (doesn’t respond to texts or calls or snaps) When I ask about counseling, she doesn’t even trust the grief counselor because they told her aunt that she feared her mom since he died. I cannot imagine how life changing it is to lose a father so young & so tragic 😭 air hugs to Dakota
