I heard bleach in some water, dunk them..... but I've never tried it.

I wouldn't do bleach because it could harm any wildlife like squirrels that come to it. Plus when halloween is done you can throw it in the woods for the wildlife. They LOVE pumpkins and bleach could harm them. This method works well and is nature friendly ❤

I bring mine into the house during the day and we put them out around dusk w a candle for a little bit.

Paint them instead lol. I hate carving pumpkins so we started painting them last year...much funner 🤣

Yep. At my hometown, we could leave the damn pumpkins outside for a month -carved and frozen 😆 Here, they’ll rot by day 3 so we have just painted them for the past two years

My husband carves them lol. I'm just in charge of making the seeds. I'm pretty sure he hates it too but kiddo loves it so 🤷♀️

Target! Pumpkins that are plastic and you can crave them and don’t have to worry about them getting all gross to quick! I just bought some because where I live it still hot and humid and they get so nasty within 3 days
