I can almost promise these are
the reason I’m forever obsessed with historical fiction. I decided this time last year to start collecting them for my daughter.
I’m up to 12! Just found this one now at the thrift store!
There are 43 in the original collection, they were discontinued in 2004.
Then in 2010 they decided to reprint them, only some, but with a different kind of cover. I’ve decided I don’t want to collect the newer ones.
And then there are 20 (I think I’m remembering correctly..) I’n the Royal Diary collection. I only have one of those so far. I really really want to find the Mary Queen of Scots.
Because I’ve posted them all so far, they come out to be only $3.52 each so far! 🙌🏼
Anyway, sorry for rambling… I’ve tried rubbing alcohol, acetone, and regular vodka to get this permanent marker off the cover. Faded it, but any ideas to remove it completely?

I don’t know how well it works but I was told awhile back to rewrite over the marker again and then use alcohol to remove it. I never did try it my son wasn’t concerned about it.

Me too! Well, I thought I did with around 17/20 of them. I had noooo clue there were 43! 😅
