Think i gotta call my OB tomorrow about changing birth control. I started having chest pains this evening and its going into my back and starting to crawl up my neck. It only really hurts when i yawn or try to take a deep breath and im not sure if its just a side of my birth control or if its something else. I dont want to freak out if its nothing but things like this make me worry because i have 4 kids to think about.

I've had this exact pain! Ugh I wonder what it could be?! I'm sorry you're having this pain. Mine only happens like once in a blue moon but goes away after 10 minutes or so. How long is yours lasting?

@countrypeaches42013 Can I ask what birth control your on? I got the depo in August and started having similar symptoms.

i would definitely go to the er and not an urgent care. these could be signs of. heart attack or blood clot.

@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts At the walk in they did an EKG and said I'm having heart palpitations but they said it could be stress or caused by the hormones from the birth control. Said they are really minor and to take it easy the next couple days easy and to be seen again if the pain gets more severe. @heatherlou88 @scidg3

I was just thinking of you! I get those when I’m stressed and anxious, which birth control makes my anxiety crazy. Def call your OB and see about getting on something else. I’m glad it wasn’t anything too serious. ❤️
