Looks like a fungus which is what cradle cap is… I’d have her seen or you could try purchasing anti fungal shampoo like nizoral from shoppers

Our pediatrician said that even adults could have cradle cap! It’s basically just a fungal infection and/or overactive glands. My daughter was around the same age when hers came back. One wash with Mustela once a week for about a week and she hasn’t had it again.
