Y’all my 15 month old is the WORST sleeper. He is so hard to put down and at night wakes up at the slightest sound and will sleep like 4-6 hours at night IF that. I’m exhausted and so tired. Been trying to put him down for over an hour now 😭 last night took 3.

My daughter has never ever been a good sleeper. What have you tried?
We do a sleep meditation story to help her fall asleep and I use a white noise machine and it helps.
It's really hard. I can remember getting 4 hours of sleep, and not all at once, and having to show up for meetings at work. I don't know how I survived.

I crashed my car going to work this time last year Bc of it and my fiancé made me quit cause it was that bad lol. But I’ve set routines , bath times , white music , sleepy time tea, a snack before bed thinking maybe hes hungry, but I still breast feed but even that won’t put him to sleep anymore . Patting him doesn’t seem to work, stories , calming down an hour before bed , I’ve tried letting him cry but my heart can’t take it for more then 5 minutes

awwwww. You've tried it all. My husband is a terrible sleeper and I think my daughter inherited it. It's really fristrate and exhausting. She's gotten better now that she's older.

my older son is the BEST sleeper always has been so it’s like so draining 🤣 I’ve done the short drink with like our clothes on his pillow , that stupid spray the night time baths w the lavender soaps and stuff , nothing

We absolutely love this channel on YouTube. They have lots of stories about animals, aliens, unicorns, whatever your kiddo may be interested in. It helped my daughter lay still long enough to fall asleep. After a few months of listening every night, she would fall asleep within 10 minutes or so. The narrator has a really pleasant accent and it's nice to relax and listen to. I like the Squirrel Village one also, and the Dream Maker. Dolphin dreams is my daughter's favorite.

He has 0 interest in tv or shows , he loves music so I’ve tried lullabies stuff like that but still no luck . He pays absolutely no attention to the tv when it’s on

I’ve heard of this and thought about it but I seriously do not know how to wean I’ve been trying to cut back to 2 feedings instead of one and he like is obsessed idk 😭😭

my son to! I started taking allergy medicine and wore tight bras even at bed and I dried up within 2 weeks. My son was obsessed with breastfeeding stopped once he was almost 2. It’s hard to stop especially when you have a kid who loves it lol. Also you can put bandaids on your nipples and he will be confused on where your nipples went and you just say your milk went bye bye 😅

It sounds like it could be habitual at this point wanting to wake up for the breast. Might have to have yourself dry up and he’ll just have to deal with it as you slowly dry up. 😬

I’m having the same issue . Ellie wakes up every 2-3 hours and I’m convinced it’s for milk but I can’t seem to wean I have sufade and can’t bring my self to take it to dry up my milk . It’s my consent battle
