My 6 month old refuses to nap longer than 20 mins at a time 3 times a day and i feel like it's going to kill me.. she is SO miserable and grumpy all day long because she's tired and then dosen't sleep at night because she is overtired. 🥴 send help 😭

Oh, that's miserable. I hope it's just a 6 month growth spurt and it settles out. :(

@countrypeaches42013 it helped me stay sane knowing my baby wasn't trying to kill me with lack of sleep, that she had some busy stuff going on, and when to expect it to end.

I figured it's a sleep regression now that she's starting solids and learning new things and reaching some milestones. This one is just kicking my butt 🥴

My youngest has always been a bad napper. I could only get half an hour naps out of her and it was so frustrating because I worked so hard to get her to sleep! She was a pretty good overnight sleeper so I can’t complain too much. She would only nap twice at 6 months and dropped to once a day around 10 months. I had to just go with her schedule. Thankfully, she now takes about an hour and a half nap in the middle of the day. Good luck! Hopefully it doesn’t last too long!
