@jordandior, I pay out of pocket. With the plan I have, I pay about $220/month with a student discount. It’s still cheaper than most places would charge. I can text my counselor and she’ll get back to me within 24 hrs. Besides that I do one one on one appt per week. You can do that through text, video or phone call.
@jordandior, if you’re looking for something that your health insurance will cover you can look into teladoc or am well. Another online service is talkspace. I’ve been using BetterHelp for almost 2 years. It’s been extremely helpful and worth the money IMO.
Hard to come by but you just have to call around and ask....maybe do a virtual one those will likely have weekend hours
