My anxiety is through the roof i am so frustrated! The school won't put my son into a classroom until they have a copy of his most recent physical. He had one on September 1st and right before i left i asked them to fax it to the school and gave them the fax number. Well I've been calling the school and the pediatrician daily and they STILL haven't faxed it 😭 school is in 2 days and I'm doing everything I'm supposed to and I'm starting to panic because there's nothing more I can do! I understand the pediatrician office being busy because of back to school stuff but it's been almost a week. Sorry for the rant. I'm just feeling frustrated.

Can you go in and request a copy and take it in yourself?

Go to the pediatrician office and get it so you can physically take it to the school. Or see if someone can get it for you

Do they have a patient online portal? I can get access and print off my
Kiddos stuff right from there

Oh wow, I am have a couple things due and they give us a month! I hope you are able to get a copy ASAP!

There may be a waiver you can sign to get additional time. Ours gives 30 days from start of school to complete the forms. I’d call and ask school and go to doctors office in person

I usually grab a copy of it as well for my records. It should not have taken this long. I wonder what is going on.
Request a copy and dropping it off yourself may be the only other option.

Request a physical copy and have them leave it at the desk for you to pick up
