How are you feelin now Mama? Was it just that one shot? Or has it continued? With everything else you're dealing with that's the LAST damn thing you need! 😫
PLEASE pay attention to your body the next few days girl. If ANYTHING feels off, or not quite right to you, go get checked out. If it's nothin, then it's nothin, ya know?
I DO sometimes, and have for as long as I can remember, gotten what I've always called "heart cramps". It's the WEIRDEST thing, comes outta nowhere and after like 3-5 shallow breaths, I can take a deep breath regularly again. It hurts SOOOO bad and makes it impossible to breathe deep for a short time. It's ALWAYS very short lived and random. It'll happen like twice in a week then not again for 6 months, or once a month then change up to once every 3 months. SO strange.
It's seriously been happening since I was younger than Kai is now, but no doctor in my 38 years has ever acted like I have any issues- heart related anyway.
It was a long sharp stabbing pain in my chest that I keep getting ever since I got COVID-19 . It had me in tears and woke me up from my sleep right now at 5:02 am
I sometimes get an air bubble or something in my chest too and it's so sharp and painful but only lasts like 5-10 seconds. I hope you are feeling ok girl❤️❤️ praying for you!
@momof5brats Magnolia bark appears to have many potential benefits, including anticancer properties, improved sleep, treatment of menopause symptoms, relief of stress and anxiety, and protection against oxidation and inflammation. Your lungs may be inflamed still from the long haul covid. You can order magnolia bark on Amazon in pill form. My uncle takes it for his COPD. I also recommend white pine needle tea. It helps with any clotting issues and Pine needle tea also contains high levels of Vitamin A, which is good for your eyesight, improves hair and skin regeneration and improves red blood cell production. It can be used as an expectorant for coughs and to help relieve chest congestion; it is also good for sore throats. You just find a pine tree that has WHITE sap and get the outermost needles, just a handful, boil them and drink the tea. ❤️❤️
