I was given a bag of fresh cherry tomatoes…. What should I make with them? lol

Do you have any zucchini left? Depending on how big they are you could make stuffed zucchini and use the tomatoes for the sauce.

My house smells delicious

I love to half or quarter cherry tomatoes, put them in a roasting pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and pop them in the oven until they’re nice and cooked. Then I’ll eat that just as a side or use it to top pasta or bread.

That cherry tomato/feta cheese/olive oil/red pepper flakes pasta! I think @ksmommyx3 made it before. It looks good and easy to make. I need to try it.
