Mine is Sapporo Ichiban original or the dry Tonkatsu bowls from Costco. I also like to add a fried egg, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil.

I just use dashi and add noods plus fun sides. I love to top it off with sesame oil and or hoisin sauce.

Egg, hoisin sauce or whoreshire, garlic chili sauce....if I'm feeling fancy or have left over chicken I'll shred that a s toss it in lol

I prefer the soy sauce or pork flavored ramen and always add a squeeze of lime juice, olive/sesame oil, red pepper flakes and fresh cilantro
