Does anyone track ovulation as a way of birth control ?

How are you doing it ?

I just go by my discharge and symptoms. I find that apps aren’t accurate for me.

Do you use the test or you just count the days after your period ?

I use an app and I have a box of the test strips that I use sometimes...just to make sure my app is correct.

I’m looking at the test strips on Amazon but most have bad reviews saying that weren’t accurate . Ima keep looking though
